We are thrilled to announce that the Cross-Border Data Collection Project has officially begun, with Statistics Netherlands leading the charge on data collection and assessment! Over the past month, our team has started collecting and assessing availability of existing administrative data from multiple EU Member States, aiming to develop a unified, cross-border data methodology. This work, carried out by Statistics Netherlands in collaboration with ÖIR GmbH, INSEE, and Statistics Denmark, is a key step in ensuring high-quality, comparable data across borders.
To support this initiative, we’ve set up a dedicated email account: crossborderdata@cbs.nl.
This will be our primary communication channel with all participating statistical institutes and anyone interested in learning more. Please reach out with questions, suggestions, or information requests!
