Launch of Junior Enterprise Policy Hub Strengthens Youth Voice in EU Enterprise Policy

Junior Enterprises Europe has launched the Junior Enterprise Policy Hub (JEPH) at the European Parliament, marking a milestone in strengthening the voice of entrepreneurial youth in EU decision-making.

Hosted by MEP Niels Flemming Hansen, the event brought together policymakers, public affairs professionals and EU stakeholders for an exchange on youth entrepreneurship and regulatory challenges. Delegates co-created two policy papers focused on EU-wide recognition of student volunteering and youth-led support for SMEs navigating frameworks such as the GDPR and the AI Act.

Through the Policy Hub, more than 35,000 students across Europe can now contribute directly to EU policy discussions. Speakers included Arthur Casper Storm, who also participated in the “Unlocking Investment in Europe” session at SME Assembly 2025 in Copenhagen, underlining the growing role of entrepreneurial youth in Europe’s enterprise dialogue.

By establishing a structured channel for engagement with EU institutions, JEPH reinforces the link between youth entrepreneurship and policymaking. Through policy development, knowledge exchange and youth advocacy, the Hub will prepare position papers aligned with EU priorities, support members in accessing EU funding and strengthening policy skills, and enable young entrepreneurs to contribute to European discussions and represent JE Europe in relevant forums.
