The analysis was conducted by obtaining publicly-available social media mentions between May 1, 2017 – April 30, 2018, from a group of influencers in the field of AI, as identified by regional experts at FTI, and conducting a network-mapping exercise to identify relationships and textual mining to identify

most-common topics of conversation.
