Robotics, drones framework and Linux foundation

It's not nerdy to think that the next evolution of AI will be robotics; the hardware is there, specialized LLMs are there, as are the operating systems and frameworks. All of this is already open source and auditable. But these patents, adaptable for everyone, are protected by the Linux Foundation, which, more than the big tech companies, holds an intellectual property portfolio that would make anyone sensible envious and has become, in the space of two or three years, the undeniable key player in AI, far more so than Nvidia. Wouldn't it be time for the EU to join the Linux Foundation? The LF and the EU share common values.
