I am proposing the idea of a travel card, that can be used on all public transportation, (bus,train,tram,metro,etc) within the European Union.

This card, could be added to Apple + Google Wallets, and would be the first of its kind. You would be able to have a physical and virtual card, both which can be topped up via a smartphone app.
