OECD note on cities policy responses to COVID-19

The OECD has developed a note on cities policy responses to COVID-19.

The note provides examples of measures taken by cities to respond to the current coronavirus epidemic, clustered around six categories:

  1. communication and awareness raising,
  2. workplace and commuting;
  3. social distance;
  4. vulnerable groups;
  5. local service delivery; and
  6. support to business.

This is a working document, which will be updated every 2-3 weeks. Future versions of this note will feature policy analysis and recommendations.
