The Partnership On Culture and Cultural Heritage has created a survey under its Action 5 "Raise awareness for public libraries and their new tasks on a European and National Level."

The action group that includes the Senate Department for Culture and Europe of the city of Berlin, the city of Espoo, the European Bureau of Library and other associated partners, have published this questionnaire to inquire about the  funding structures for public libraries. The survey addresses public libraries from a European city with more than 90,000 inhabitants to observe how and if the EU funds are being used.

The deadline for responding to the survey is 25 October 2021.

The answers will be formulated to create recommendations for action and will be included in the final report of the Culture and Cultural Partnership Heritage Partnership and action 5.
