Participatory public budget allocation for adaptation projects (Event organised by MIP4Adapt)

This event will explore green participatory budget and how citizens can play a central role in shaping climate adaptation projects. This session will share experience in designing transparent governance models, ensuring accountability in funding processes, and fostering meaningful public engagement. 

We will learn how voting mechanisms and participatory budgeting empower communities to propose, select, and deliver impactful projects, and discuss outcomes and lessons learned.
