Dear members of the High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence an AI Alliance. 

We need a deeper strategy for the sharing of data and AI applications between the member countries in Europe. It needs more execution to share visions, applications, business cases and application areas. 

Europe should work together on the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence. The common potential for Artificial Intelligence is far from being exhausted in Europe. We should push for a stronger networking of AI applications in Europe to keep up with countries and continents outside Europe. 

We should also engage in a stronger exchange with the AI experts in Europe. 

A small impulse for further discussions.
