Joan Blanco is the Head of Coordination at Chamber of Commerce Bihartean, composed by the Chamber of Commerce of Bayonne in Nouvelle-Acquitaine, the Chamber of Commerce of Gipuzkoa in San Sebastian, Euskadi and the Chamber of Commerce of Navarra in Pamplona. The objective of this cross-border Chamber of Commerce is to improve cross-borders collaborations between companies and entities in the three territories.
