Commissioner Violeta Bulc, Responsible for Transport, and Commissioner Karmenu Vella, Responsible for Environment, will present the EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2016 Award and the 5th SUMP Award on urban freight. These awards will be presented to towns and cities with the best achievements in the area of the economic benefits of urban mobility. Investments in smart and sustainable mobility is the way to move Europe forwards and to make our economy stronger.
