The European Commission published on 24 August 2020 a communication related to the EU Security Union Strategy. The Partnership for Security in Public Spaces is mentioned on page 10. 

Abstract

"Regional and local public authorities have an important role to improve security of public spaces. The Commission is also helping foster cities’ innovation in security in public spaces. The launch of a new Urban Agenda partnership on “security in public spaces” in November 2018 reflects the strong commitment of Member States, Commission and cities to better address threats to security in the urban space."
