This interactive seminar will provide key insights not only on challenges of your peers in RAs, DAs, AAs and beneficiaries, but also provides a platform to learn about best practices related to the implementation of AMIF and ISF programmes. Selected speakers will provide insights on challenges which they identified through the midterm review, audits and evaluations. In two separate tracks for AMIF and ISF, the second day will be dedicated to specific challenges in the respective funds. We will i.a. take a close look at pitfalls related to procurement procedures as well as programme management for ISF in the context of confidentiality. Exchange on which conclusions should be drawn for the current MFF as well as for the design and roll-out of the national programmes in the upcoming MFF. In an array of interactive sessions, workshops and inputs you will explore how to optimise the implementation of AMIF and ISF based on best practice as well as from reviews, audits and evaluations.
