European Anti-Racism Week 2018, Patras, Greece

-

From 15-30 March, the European Anti-Racism Week 2018 is organised in Patras, Greece. The topic of this year's week is: 'No child is foreign'.

During the week, several events take place, including informative sessions on equality, respect of human rights and values, and intercultural communication. Moreover, there will be a consultation meeting where migrant associations exchange problems and actions. The activities are organised for different target groups at various locations across Patras including schools, museums and parks.

The European Anti-Racism Week 2018 is closely linked to the implementation of the “ARRIVAL CITIES” European project (URBACT III EU program). On the final day, a dissemination event of URBACT III / ARRIVAL CITIES EU project will take place, which involves the signing of the local action plan on the integration of migrants. This will be one of the final activities before the Arrival Cities Final Conference on 24 April in Brussels.
