Artificial Intelligence: National and International Concepts of Ethics by Design

Algorithmic decision making, autonomous systems, machine and deep learning, there are many definitions and areas of artificial intelligence. Due to the exponential developments in these areas, many questions are also raised in the regulatory area. Existing weaknesses in the legal system in regulating innovation in the digital sector and in law enforcement are increasingly evident here. The lecture gives an overview of the challenges of AI regulation and presents national and especially international discussions on aspects of ethics and concepts of implementing these principles in the development of artificial intelligence.
