As in previous editions, the EU Industry Days conference will include various sessions organised by different Commission departments and industrial stakeholders.
High profile industry speakers will attend the event with the purpose of influencing and inspiring future industry leaders, and prompting discussion and debate amongst different audience categories.
The thematic areas selected for 2019 are:
- industry and sustainability
- industry and globalisation
- innovation and digitalisation
The third EU Industry Days conference will have a greater focus on societal aspects of industrial policy and will demonstrate how EU policies will positively affect the lives of European citizens.
The conference will also host two sessions of particular interest in the field of AI:
i. 6 February 2018 at 12.00 - Stakeholder session Industrial Artificial Intelligence – Solutions for Europe’s 2030 challenges
ii. 6 February 2018 at 14.30 - Parallel session Digitalisation as driver of success – what next?
