The Future of Life Institute (FLI) has recently expanded its operations to Europe. FLI is an organisation that works to reduce risks from powerful technologies and that has been one of the pioneers of AI governance, having created one of the earliest and most influential set of governance principles: the Asilomar principles

FLI this week has launched, a new website which will provide up-to-date developments and analyses of the proposed AI Act. The purpose of this site is to make the regulation more accessible to a wider group of people and to encourage more substantive discussion.
