Dear Moudrick,

Please note that, in fact, the Trusted Lists that are established, maintained and published by Member States in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation remain the constitutive source needed to verify whether a provider/service is qualified. The EU provides a consolidated “List of the Lists”, which does not replace but provides pointers to the Member States' national Trusted Lists.

I can imagine why its been not easy to understand my question, sorry for that.

The problem is that in my jurisdiction the concept of Trusted Lists (TL) is fundamentally misunderstood, so the pointer you provide to the TL of my jurisdiction is almos useless - no public service in this jursidition reliy on that TL, instead, every public service or public sector agency have their own a kind of "local trust list" which however officially/legally doesn't exist. So under these unwritten rules, a TSP issuing certificates must arrange individual agreements with each public service or by public service provider. It works like with browsers but the difference is that with browsers you have clearly written policies, requirements etc. Of course, as a first QCA in this jurisdiction we got approval from all those "local trust lists" except one: a government owned enteprise which is both a commercial TSP and operator of many high demand publice services. So in my question I was trying to find out if there exist a reason why the "local trust list" of this chameleon government business should replce its "local trust list" and rely on the official Member State TL. BTW the documents processed in these public services (Legal Entity Register, Real Estate regster etc.) are those defined under Decision 2009/767/EU and  2011/130/EU but as the Directive 93/1999 was not implemented in this country, and the local legislation was not notifief to the Commission, eIDAS doesn't work here since its first application day. Hope this clearifies my question, thanks.

In the Czech Republic we are still missing general knowledge on digitalisation and the possibility to have your signature digitalized and that it has the same validity as paper signature.

People do not trust the verification. They do not trust digital identity. All those fields are to be improved by EC. Europe should provide member states marketing materials, there should be campaign on promoting digital signatures/digital authentication on EU level. Member states should just translate it and promote it themselves.
