What factors does EU policy response need to consider when supporting a harmonious development of digital infrastructure? How does one reach a broad perspective, one that encompasses the economic, social, and environmental concerns, and favours human centred design?

The session will be a closing talk, aimed at giving an overview of proposed solutions for expand our connectivity whilst optimising existing systems.

The active role of citizens and their direct involvement is essential to address the global aspect of digital infrastructure, and how it directly affects their lives. In this context, the Secure & Sustainable Digital Infrastructure closing event of CONNECT University Autumn School would help citizens as well to get a full picture of the infrastructure pillar in the Digital Compass and its cutting edge developments.

Lastly, we will recall the importance of the infrastructure pillars in digital compass, recapping the main points of all sessions of the week.
