This is an excellent example of good practice, as the first INFOBEST (INFOBEST PAMINA) was already created in 1991 during the pilot phase of the INTERREG program. Other INFOBEST missions have been created in the Upper Rhine and they all still exist with persisting high numbers of demands from citizens, companies and administrations.
