The European Commission is organising a Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) on territorial cooperation next fall that will start on 5 October 2022 and run for eight weeks.  

The course will be divided into four chapters that each focus on a specific aspect of territorial cooperation: 

• Foundations of and latest developments in territorial cooperation; 

• Current EU policies within INTERREG and their impact; 
• Interactions between stakeholders on five topics: health, spatial planning, environment, culture and mobility; 
• Means and tools to manage INTERREG projects efficiently. 

Each of these chapters takes approximately three hours to complete. 

Registration for the MOOC is entirely free of charge, and classes will take place in English. At the end of the MOOC, you will be provided with a certificate based on your level of participation and success.
