Within the context of the IN-4-AHA project, this webinar discussed how European stakeholders are using citizens and collecting their feedbacks and needs, particularly AHA solution providers. We also talked about good practices in this field, including issues regarding data ethics, and how information is used and what are the key difficulties felt in the co-creation process.
