How end user involvement benefits the design process in the Health and Care sector

How to engage end users in participatory design process in the health and care sector? Why is end user involvement important? When is the right time to do it? These are just some of the questions that will be discussed during the online workshop that will take place on 5th of October 2021 at 12-13.15 CET. 

Two representatives of SME/company will share their practical experience of end user involvement in health and care sector. The IN-4-AHA consortium is formulating the toolkit for the participatory design process in health and care sector, and we are inviting you to actively participate, give feedback and ask questions.
