As part of the U.S.-EU Trade and Technology Council (TTC), the Investment Screening Working Group organised a second meeting with stakeholders. The U.S. Department of Treasury (Treasury) and the U.S. Department of State (State) virtually co-hosted the event.

The discussion featured updates from Treasury, State and the European Commission (DG TRADE) on the overall goals of the TTC and the objectives of this working group. It also included updates from Treasury and the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) on recent regulatory developments and national screening experience. The meeting was attended by over 60 participants.
