The Digital Assembly, an annual event hosted jointly by the European Commission and the holder of the Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU), is a key forum for members of the European digital ecosystem to gather and discuss important issues. In view of the war in Ukraine, one section of the discussion focused on the state of the country’s infrastructure, the rebuilding of Ukraine's digital infrastructure and the current and future public- and private-sector funding for rebuilding effort.
