This online session explored how the convergence of computing trends may lead to the ‘Next Computing Paradigm’ (NCP).

The session described how these trends could converge into a new paradigm for computing, based on federation of distributed elements working and orchestrated together in order to form a complete computing continuum. Dubbed the ‘Next Computing Paradigm’ (NCP), this would draw on the strengths of Europe, like its capacity to develop edge and on-premise devices, and would be realized via a ecosystem of small and medium enterprises.
