Building momentum by solving real-world problems for already motivated cross-border communities who are able and willing to contribute with expertise, networks and resources and use the learning from these processes to determine effective CP structures.

As this will require the convening diverse stakeholder communities, expertise in facilitation, stakeholder management and approaches like mission/ vision-driven work, Living Labs or similar will be critical (we already have enough NCPs no one knows about...).

Our community e.g. works on establishing pathways for cross-border access to clinical trials (see PCM4EU and PRIME-ROSE) but is driven by clinicians- who would greatly appreciate the support by people able to facilitate the administrative and legal landscape.
