The Interreg GO! 2025 event is hosted by DG REGIO on 27-28 March 2025 in the cross-border twin cities of Gorizia, Italy and Nova Gorica, Slovenia. The event marks the conclusion of the Interreg post-2027 consultation process, which was launched in 2023. The two-day event will focus on:

• Overview of implementation 2021-2027 and panel discussions on topics of interest such as capitalisation, transferability of results, Interreg-specific objectives and Strategic Importance projects (Day 1)
• Post-2027 high-level event with panel discussions on obstacles and opportunities in border / transnational regions, improving cooperation impat and visibility, and the role of Interreg for candidate and neighbouring countries and for outermost regions.
