How can we capture citizens and civil society’s needs?

-

Are companies, service providers, or other institutions involving users in their solutions design? Are we using citizens as a key feedback source? What about other institutions or stakeholders?

This webinar wants to discuss how European stakeholders are using citizens and collecting their feedbacks and needs, particularly AHA solution providers. We are also aiming to discuss good practices in this field, including issues regarding data ethics, and how information is used and what are the key difficulties felt in the co-creation process.

This workshop will take place on the 29th of October from 11:00 – 12:15 (CET).
